Refund policy

Returns

• Time Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Condition: Return must be in new condition for refund.
• Who pays shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds

• Conditions: Refunds are issued for returns shipped within 30 days of purchase and in new condition. 
• Amount: The entire purchase amount, including shipping will be refunded (not including any shipping paid to return item.)
• Timing: Customer will be refunded on the day a return is received and will receive an email with a receipt for the amount refunded.

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact Us: send an email to halbrindley4@gmail.com to request a return. We will notify you of acceptance and email you the shipping address.

Exchanges

• We are not accepting exchanges at this time. Please make a return for a full refund and place another order.
